•Contact and present company solutions to corporate clients via phone and digital channels
•Manage assigned accounts and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
•Handle self-serve and inbound sales leads and convert them into active customers
•Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline records in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
•Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term engagement
•Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to existing customers where appropriate
•Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Tele-business
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs
