Domestic Sales Officer (Starch Business) (2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent)
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in line with the company’s objectives.
- Develop sales plans and execute promotional activities to drive business growth.
- Expand market coverage and explore new distribution channels.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership with the company.
- Participate in new product development and innovation initiatives.
- Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Contribute to profit and cost efficiency within the assigned territory.
- Grow and maintain a customer base aligned with company policies and direction.
- Promote products to increase brand recognition and customer acceptance.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform assigned duties and responsibilities to achieve organizational goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields (or equivalent).
- 0–3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
- Experience in organizing sales promotion activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Good presentation and team training skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office or equivalent).
