รายละเอียดงาน
1) To handle all day to day molding set-up operation as per schedule.
2) Setting new or re-filling of materials or components during the production run.
3) Control all machine, tool and measuring equipment to maintain readiness for production.
4) Control and set parameter as per standard and record document in process repair.
5) Analyze problems and identify solutions to solve problems in machine during the production.
6) Daily check sheet equipment parameter and coordinating with the leader about quality issue.
7) Reset alarm injection machine along with optimize process.
8) Maintain process along with handle 5S and maintain and improve.
9) Scrap disposition within their area of responsibility.
10) Can work shift patterns for 5 working day and 2 days off. And shift pattern 4 working days and 2 days off.
11) Able to work night shift and overtime.
12) Follow TE specifications and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.
13) Others Assign by supervisor or Manager.
Experience:
1) At least 2 years or more experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with some related knowledge in molding.
2) Handle new projects for processing and products.
3) Experience in plastics processing and tooling (Injection Molding)
4) Responsible to produce injection molding section.
5) Set-up and help execute corrective and preventive maintenance procedures and work instructions.
6) Perform all molding set-up operation to produce the required quantity and quality of parts as per schedule.
7) To maintain and improve machine parameters for maximum output and ensuring product quality are met.
8) Experience in plastic injections for automotive industry
9) He will have to not physically handicapped and no color blindness.
10) Can work in environment plastics injection.
11) Knowledge in IATF16949/ISO9001 knowledge.

- Thai nationality only.
- Diploma in Machine Tool / Mold & DIE or related field.
- Male / female aged 22 - 35 years
- He will have to not physically handicapped and no color blindness.
- Can work in environment plastics injection.
- Knowledge in IATF16949/ISO9001
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Can work shift patterns for 5 working day and 2 days off. And shift pattern 4 working days and 2 days off.
