-Supervise and motivate team to achieve Production plan in terms of productivity, quality and delivery schedule. -Manages a team within a particular manufacturing unit and assist their teams to complete orders. -Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees -Summarize production weekly and monthly report to management. -Encourage safety, high performance standard, teamwork, discipline and 5S in work place. -Training and supervising new production line workers. -Oversee and coach employees -Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment -Investigate each problem with concern person/specialist, analyze production data and troubleshooting any production problem. -Support and be involved in all improvement projects in his/her responsible areas.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 1 years’ experience in Production, (Jewelry knowledge would be an advantage.
High Vocational Certificate up in any field
Knowledge of Production planning and control, Quality systems.
Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support group and other department
Proactive on problem solving and analytical skills. Able to work in Shifts
Able to work under pressure.
