รายละเอียดงาน
1.Supervise in-house component quality control in manufacturing processes
2.Monitor and improve process quality to ensure stable mass production
3.Handle and resolve quality issues in Injection Molding and Pressing production lines
4.Conduct defect analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
5.Perform root cause analysis for defects related to injection parts (e.g., deformation, sink mark, flash, short shot)
6.Support troubleshooting and improvement of injection molding machine and press process parameters
7.Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supplier Quality teams
8.Support new model introduction (NPI) and process validation activities
9.Drive continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5 Why, 8D, SPC, FMEA)
10.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements
11.Prepare quality reports and support internal/external audits
12.Coordinate with Chinese headquarters and engineering teams on quality and process issues
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Polymer, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, process quality, or production engineering in high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience in injection molding, press, plastic or metal component manufacturing, with good understanding of process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, cooling time) and common defects such as flash, sink mark, short shot, warpage, and burn mark.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and CAPA.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in production lines with ability to handle abnormal quality issues and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Able to support line stop decisions, containment actions, and quality verification before production restart.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Able to work under pressure and support shift production when required.
