รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for the daily production management of the workshop, ensuring the smooth implementation of the production plan, ensuring product quality and production efficiency
2. Responsible for the management of workshop employees, including work arrangements, training and performance evaluation, ensuring that workshop employees comply with company rules and regulations and safety operating procedures.
3. Organize the month-end inventory work to reduce capital occupation, control workshop energy monitoring and reduce workshop human replenishment losses.
4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and maintenance of workshop equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment
5. Ensure that the workshop meets the safety production standards, prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, organize safety training, and improve employees' safety awareness
6. Supervise product quality, ensure compliance with company and industry standards, handle quality problems that arise during the production process, and analyze and improve.
7. Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of production
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above
- Can communicate in English/Chinese
- more than two years of work experience in production management is preferred
- Able to work 6 days per week
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Can work with the new set up Company
