- Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and hazard identification (HAZID/HAZOP) to prevent workplace accidents.
- Monitor and ensure safe work practices in all production and contractor activities.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and organize fire and evacuation drills.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and propose corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO 45001 management system to meet certification requirements.
- Prepare and control safety-related documents, records, and procedures according to ISO standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections in all work areas to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Maintain emergency response plans and ensure readiness of firefighting and first-aid equipment.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance workplace safety and health.
- Maintain accident statistics and report findings to management and relevant government agencies.
- Conduct internal audits, management reviews, and system performance evaluations.
