รายละเอียดงาน
1.Develop detailed commissioning plans, test procedures, and schedules for generator systems in data center environments.
2.Review technical documentation including engineering drawings, equipment datasheets, and project specifications.
3.Oversee installation inspections and verify proper assembly, wiring, and connection of generator sets and auxiliary equipment.
4.Perform and supervise commissioning tests such as Functional Testing, Load Bank Testing, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) testing, synchronization, protection system testing, and control system verification.
5.Diagnose and troubleshoot generator and power management system issues during commissioning to ensure reliable operation.
6.Prepare comprehensive test reports, commissioning logs, and punch lists, ensuring accurate documentation of results and any corrective actions.
7.Ensure all commissioning work complies with relevant safety standards including OSHA and NFPA 70E.
8.Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and OEM technical support throughout the commissioning process.
9.Conduct training sessions for client personnel on generator operation, maintenance, and fault diagnostics.
10.Support final handover of tested and commissioned generator systems with completed documentation and certifications.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in commissioning electrical generation systems, preferably generators within critical infrastructure or data center environments.
- Proven expertise in diesel and gas generator commissioning, including experience with control systems, protection relays, and power distribution equipment.
- Strong understanding of data center power infrastructure and mission-critical facility requirements. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical commissioning and safety (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E, NETA).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Effective communication skills in English, including report writing and client interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and commissioning software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to data center sites as required, sometimes under construction site conditions.
- Able to work Monday-Saturday (6 days) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
