•Pañpuri Ambassador: Serve as a leading ambassador for the Pañpuri brand, embodying its commitment to purity, organic ingredients, and holistic Asian-inspired wellness in all interactions.
•Treatment Mastery: Collaboration with Training & Development team to ensure the therapist team is expertly trained in and strictly adheres to Pañpuri signature treatments and protocols.
•Onsen & Ritual Oversight: Supervise the operation and maintenance of the onsen facilities.
•F&B Integration: Oversee the service of wellness-focused, organic F&B offerings.
Business Growth and Brand Integrity
•Retail Advocacy: Drive revenue by championing the Pañpuri Certified Organic and natural retail product lines.
•Luxury Experience: Focus on delivering a consistently luxurious and highly personalized guest journey.
•Authenticity Check: Regularly audit service delivery to ensure it reflects authentic Asian hospitality.
Standard Alignment and Quality Control
•Standard Adherence: Meticulous approach to upholding and enforcing strict hygiene, safety, and brand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
•Purity Standards: Strictly enforce standards for the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of all areas.
•Product Protocol: Ensure precise use and storage of all Pañpuri products for treatments.
•Ambiance Management: Monitor and maintain the spa's signature sensory environment (lighting, music, and distinct Pañpuri aromatherapy scent profile, etc) to ensure a consistently restorative and luxurious atmosphere.
Guest Experience and Holistic Care
•Holistic Consultation: Ensure therapists and spa staff conduct thorough holistic consultations, tailoring the Pañpuri.
•Beyond the Treatment: Oversee the entire flow, from the welcome ritual to post-treatment tea service and farewell seamlessly.
