2. Monitor and improve productivity for all function of Outbound team
3. Manage, study and understand system for existing and new outbound functions and able to be a mentor for team member
4. Create work plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
5. Prepare monthly, daily reports, Outbound issues etc.
6. Plan and communicate between the department and other related units
7. Monitor and improve the productivity for all functions of the Outbound team
8. Set working process for zero damage, defect, and wrong Outbound order
9. Manage day-to-day order receiving in FMS with on time operation and accuracy
10. Manage overall problems occur; responsible for the cross-communication between shifts, departments
11. Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements be good for the company
12. Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for the effective performance of activities and respond to fluctuating workloads, anticipating variances in staff and volume
13. Resolve personnel problems, complaints, or grievances when possible for resolution
14. To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
