รายละเอียดงาน
1. Estimate the Q'ty and cost in term of the MEP Work in the bidding stage
2. Prepare the inquiry package with co-codinate with the Supplier and Sub Contractor and evaluation of their quotatio
3. Prepare submission BOQ base on our Q'ty take off and pricing
4. Compare and Evaluate cost from Supplier and Subcontractor
5. Support QS team and prepare the submission document
6. Supervise MEP Team with the monitor and checking all of Mechanical work, Electrical Work, Fire Protection Work and Plumbling Work
7. Co-ordinate with the QS Site team in term of QS work, payment and VO. work
Skill
1.Cost estimate experience atleast 5-10 years (In Data Center Project is an advantage)
2.Able to use the special program for Q'ty take off such as Blue Beam, Cubic Cost
3.Use Excel program in advance function or special formula to sourcing the cost and Q'ty
4.Communication in english skill atleast Intermediate level (Communicate with the Chinese colleague everyday)
5.Proficient level and self perform in the role of responsibility
6.Multi Task Skill in the MEP Engineering role
7.Leader team Skill with self-perform in the MEP Engineering role
8.Negotiation skill with the Supplier and Sub-Contractor to get their quotation with a less project information
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer or Mechanical engineer
- Cost estimate experience atleast 5 years (In Data Center Project is an advantage) for Senior QS MEP title
- Knowledge about cost plan ratio and roughly price per area of each type of Building
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other QS-related software
