The HR Assistant Manager (Administration Division) is responsible for managing and supporting overall HR and administrative functions, including Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), and General Affairs. This role ensures compliance with Thai labour laws, supports employee engagement, manages HR systems and administrative operations, and contributes to the company’s strategic planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (50%)
1.1 Human Resource Development (HRD)
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with company goals.
Manage both internal and external learning activities, seminars, and workshops.
Operate and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and promote its utilization.
Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
Support performance appraisal processes and compensation reviews from a developmental perspective.
1.2 Human Resource Management (HRM)
Execute recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Support payroll data coordination and benefits administration.
Ensure HR practices comply with Thai Labour Law, including Social Security, Provident Fund, and Tax regulations.
Liaise with government offices such as SSO, Revenue, and the Labour Department.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
Manage annual statutory activities such as health checkups and legal filings.
Handle employee relations matters and help maintain a positive work environment.
Review and update HR policies in collaboration with legal advisors.
