•Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
•Supervise and ensure employees comply with company policies and regulations, providing consultation and guidance as needed.
•Oversee and maintain healthy labor relations within the organization.
•Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates.
•Organize and conduct new employee orientation programs.
•Plan and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
•Review and verify conditions for various types of compensation and allowances.
•Prepare reports related to employee income and other relevant HR metrics.
•Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate information on benefits, welfare, policies, and regulations.
•Ensure company rules and regulations comply with labor laws and HR management standards, including preparation and submission of training documents to the Department of Skill Development.
•Oversee general administrative operations in accordance with company policies.
•Manage document filing and correspondence systems efficiently.
•Responsible for all ISO related activities within the department.
•Supervise and coordinate with government agencies and external organizations as required.
•Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
•Other tasks as assigned.
