รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Systems Analysts and Full Stack Developers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and project managers, to capture requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for digital solutions, covering requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Manage on-site deployment and application operations, including troubleshooting support.
- Implement and oversee best practices for coding, version control, code reviews, and testing to ensure a high-quality codebase across the development team.
- Drive the use of Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team efficiency, automate processes, and ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Implement monitoring tools and KPIs to track, evaluate, and optimize the performance and reliability of digital solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and development practices, encouraging their adoption to enhance team capabilities and solution offerings.
Work location: Silom Head Office (Onsite 100%)
Work day: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 17.30
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, Any gender, Age 29-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development or solution architecture.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Certifications in software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, or project management, or (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP) are a plus.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise application development projects, including cross-platform and mobile applications, and SaaS-based digital solutions.
- Full-stack development expertise, including front-end technologies such as React and Angular, and back-end technologies such as .NET, Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
- Proficient with modern development tools and practices: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experienced in both SQL and NoSQL database management.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven project leadership from initiation to delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate diverse teams to achieve project and business objectives.

สำนักงานใหญ่สีลม (อาคารกองบุญมา)
- เดินทางด้วย BTS ลงสถานีเซนต์หลุยส์ (ทางออกที่ 5 ด้านขวา) แล้วเข้าซอยสาทร 12 ที่จะเชื่อมกับซอยสีลม 11 โดยประตูทางเข้าบริษัทอยู่ก่อนถึงปากซอยสีลม 11 เล็กน้อย (เดินประมาณ 600 เมตร)
- เดินทางด้วย MRT ลงสถานีสีลม (ทางออก2) แล้วนั่งรถเมล์ฝั่งสีลมคอมเพล็กซ์ หรือเดินประมาณ 1.4 กิโลเมตร
- นั่งเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยามาลงที่ท่าสาทร (BTS สถานีสะพานตากสิน) และเดินมาขึ้นรถเมล์หน้าโรบินสันบางรัก แล้วลงที่ป้ายตรงข้ามวัดแขก (รถเมล์สาย 15 (4-2), 77 (3-45), 115 (1-45), 504 (1-18E), 4-68) ข้ามถนนมาฝั่งวัดแขกและเดินย้อนมาทางซอยสีลม 11 หรือเดินทางด้วย BTS มาลงที่สถานีเซนต์หลุยส์
- นั่งรถเมล์ลงที่ป้ายซอยสีลม 11 หรือป้ายตรงข้ามโรงแรมนารายณ์ บริษัทอยู่ติดถนนสีลมระหว่างซอยสีลม 11 และ 13
