รายละเอียดงาน
-Provide administrative support to the branding team.
-Prepare and manage documentation related to brand marketing.
-Coordinate for the use of car in event marketing.
-Assist in the preparation and submission of required documents and reports.
-Organize and maintain files and support in data analysis.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings with agencies and other stakeholders.
-Handle correspondence and communication related to brand marketing.
-Handle stocks for marketing items, monitor and update the lists.
-Fulfill any other tasks assigned by leaders to support the organization's overall goals.
-Budget tracking and Billing.
Responsible for managing documentation, managing marketing stock items, maintaining files and databases, helping with reports, assisting with campaign tracking results, handling day-to-day tasks, tracking brand operation expenses and preparing all paying documents.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Own driver license.
