รายละเอียดงาน Manage and maintain endpoint devices in compliance with organizational security standards.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, OS imaging, and patch management.
Administer software licenses, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate IT asset inventory throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Security teams to create and manage application packages, task sequences, and device collections for deployment and optimize endpoint management processes.
Troubleshoot issues related to client health, software distribution, and operating system deployment.
Handle Incident Management, Service Requests, Change Management, and Problem Management related to client endpoints.
Prepare and present monthly status reports to managers or clients regarding endpoint health, security, and compliance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Endpoint Management or a similar role.
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, Ivanti, JP1, ManageEngine, Citrix, Jamf, etc.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, Windows OS deployment and patching.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking.
- PowerShell scripting experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
