Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the fleet operations and contract administration team to ensure service excellence, operational accuracy, and compliance with corporate rental agreements.
2. Plan, monitor, and supervise daily operations related to vehicle procurement, contract preparation, and coordination with internal departments.
3. Verify contract details, approval conditions, and vehicle purchase orders with dealers or manufacturers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Coordinate closely with the Car Rental Business, Fleet Management, Accounting, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction.
5. Manage and participate in vehicle delivery to corporate clients, including coordination with dealers, insurance arrangements, vehicle registration, and quality inspections prior to handover.
6. Represent the company during vehicle handovers to clients to ensure professional delivery standards and positive customer experience.
7. Review and approve financial documents such as vehicle purchase approvals, accessory costs, and logistics fees in accordance with the company’s payment schedule.
8. Oversee contract right transfers, vehicle returns at the end of rental periods, and prepare monthly operational performance reports.
9. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to enhance service quality, process efficiency, and teamwork within the department.
