• 회사 내 모든 IT 이슈를 처리하고, 보조 직원을 통해 IT 일정 관리 및 업무를 효율적으로 운영합니다.
To handle every IT issues in the company and effectively manage IT schedules with one's assistant.
• ERP 시스템 및 관련 운영 프로그램을 관리합니다.
Manage ERP System and/ or related operation program.
• 인프라의 추가·삭제 및 주요 변경 사항의 기획 및 실행을 지원하고, 네트워크 보안을 구현합니다.
Assists in planning and implementing of additions, deletion and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure. Implements network security.
• 회사의 WAN을 관리합니다.
Manages company's WAN
• 회사 전화 시스템을 관리, 개발 및 업그레이드합니다.
Manages, develops and upgrades the company's telephone system.
• 좌석 배치에 따른 전화 라우팅 등 모든 전화 변경 사항을 감독합니다.
Oversees all telephone change including routing for seating assignments
• 회사 내부 시스템을 관리, 개발 및 업그레이드합니다.
Manages, develops and upgrades the company's internal system
• 모든 이해관계자와 함께 ERP 이슈를 해결하거나 개선합니다.
Solves/ Improves ERP issues with all stakeholders
• ERP 데이터베이스에서 의미 있는 데이터를 추출합니다.
Extracts meaningful data from ERP Database
• ERP 프로젝트를 실행하고 일정을 관리합니다.
Implements ERP project and schedule
• COSMAX (Thailand) Co., Ltd.의 헬프데스크 활동을 관리합니다.
Manages Help Desk activities at Cosmax Thailand
• 상향 조정된 헬프데스크 이슈에 대응합니다.
Responds to escalated help desk issues
• IT 이슈를 개선·지원·해결합니다.
Improves/ supports and fixes IT issues
• 공급업체 관계를 구축하고 유지하며 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 제품의 구매를 관리합니다.
Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchasing of hardware and software products
• 모든 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 기타 IT 소모품의 구매를 관리합니다.
Manages the purchasing of all Hardware and Software and other IT supplies
• 회사 자산이 책임감 있게 유지되도록 보장합니다.
Ensure that company's asset are maintained responsibly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 한국 국적자 Korean nationality
- 컴퓨터공학 또는 IT 관련 학사/석사 학위 소지자 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or IT-related field
- PC 및 IT 장비 관리 경험이 있는 자 Experience in managing PCs and IT equipment
- 영어 및 태국어 능숙자 Proficient in English and Thai
- IT 관리직 경력 최소 3년 Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management
- ERP 시스템 관리 경력 최소 5년 Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP system management
- 네트워크 인프라 관리 경력 최소 3년 Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure management
- 다양한 IT 벤더를 관리한 경험이 있는 자 Experience in managing various IT vendors
- 결과 지향적 사고 Result-oriented mindset
- 체계적이고 분석적인 사고력 Systematic and analytical thinking skills
- IT 사용자 및 데이터베이스 관리(MS SQL)와의 커뮤니케이션 능력 Strong communication skills with IT users and database management (MS SQL)
- 창의력 Creativity
