•Accountable for identifying sales leads and prospects of chemicals sales & distribution to the home and personal care manufacturing industries.
•Field market research in Thailand.
•To meet the goals and KPIs set by the management, with strategic planning.
•Initiate cold-calling and prepare sales materials, and creatively plan and execute sales activities.
•Provide valuable technical service and advice to customers.
•Sales planning and ability to recognize customers’ needs and requirements, and to increase the platform by expanding customers and product base.
•Analyze the market situation, competition, and customers' buying trends.
•Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' inquiries, feedback, and comments.
•Manage reports in sales, development, and forecasting.
•Manage collection and customer accounts.
