รายละเอียดงานDuties & Responsibilities:
•Proactively develop 100% new clients through hunting-style sales activities (not routine route sales).
•Conduct client visits 1–2 times per week to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•Manage the end-to-end sales process, including:
•Target customer identification → Cold calling → Client visits → RFQ acquisition → Quotation & negotiation → Order placement → Follow-up.
•Promote and sell steel coil and slit products processed.
•Take ownership of new business expansion as part of the company’s growth strategy.
•Conduct market research and information gathering, providing reports and insights to enhance business development activities.
•Prepare accurate and timely meeting minutes, summarizing key points, decisions, and action items.
•Collaborate closely with the Sales Chief and Japanese Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
•Gain a solid understanding of coil center operations and internal workflow processes.
•Other tasks as assigned.
