Job Summary :
Responsible for managing and supervising the equipment team to ensure all production machines and related equipment are maintained, repaired, and operated efficiently. Support production targets by minimizing downtime and improving equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Oversee the introduction of new workshop equipment and technical upgrades of existing equipment according to the annual plan and production needs to improve automation coverage and equipment performance.
2.Manage software and hardware upgrades, continuously optimize programs to enhance equipment automation capabilities.
3.Assist in overall project progress of automation initiatives, collect issues, and supervise rectification progress.
4.Oversee safe operation of equipment and implement equipment management systems.
5.Define and break down team tasks according to company strategy and work objectives, create work plans, and report regularly to superiors.
6.Develop team member training and assessment plans to support continuous growth.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in automation-related work; over 2 years leading a team of 5 or more in automation.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Experience with automation, PLC, or machine troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stress resistance skills; project management experience is preferred.
