Executive Sous Chef shall support and assist Executive Chef to achieve all set Company/Department KPIs and Goals.
He is responsible for overseeing all kitchen while maintaining and develop the best quality standards and a hygienic and safe environment for employees and customer in line with GMP / HACCP standards and regulations.
Executive Sous Chef must be a good representative of company at all time and follow Bangkok Air Catering Quality Policy

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศไม่จำกัด
- อายุ 35-50 ปี
- การศึกษา ม.6 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านอาหาร เชฟ กุ๊ก ผ่านงานโรงแรมหรือธุรกิจอาหาร มากกว่า 10 ปี
- มีทักษะทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office และ ทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนอาหาร การจัดทำเมนูอาหาร
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี, น่าเชื่อถือ, สุภาพ และมีความกระตือรือร้น สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ ทัศนคติเชิงบวก ปรับตัวกับสถานการณ์ได้ จัดการปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าพร้อมให้คำแนะนำ ปรึกษาทีมได้
- หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาหารไทย อินเดีย ยุโรป จีน จะได้รับพิจารณาเงินเดือนพิเศษ
- ทำงานเข้ากะได้ มีความเข้าใจกฎระเบียบเกี่ยวกับอาหารเฉพาะ อาหารแพ้ และเข้าใจระบบ ISO, HACCP, Halal
