รายละเอียดงาน
-Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues, reporting completion to the supervisor.
-Report machine or product quality problems and any accidents or property damage to the supervisor.
Manage material/color changes, purge at the end of production lots, and assist with machine maintenance.
-Record machine output, including speed, waste, downtime, and material consumption.
-Maintain production area cleanliness, adhere to 5S standards, and follow company policies, including food safety and ISO standards.
-Conduct new product sampling and handle minor product changes according to customer specifications.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduate of Bachelor degree 4-years in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical , polymer or other related course
- College level (at least 2 years) in Electrical of Mechanical Engineering courses will be considered
- More than three (3) years’ work experience or background in plastic industry preferably in injection blow molding/blow molding and injection.
- Knowledgeable in ISBM machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Relevant or related exposure in handling injection molding/blowing machines is an advantage.
- Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety are needed.
- Good communication skills (oral, written , local and in English language) in order to relay message and issues related to production to all concerned individuals even to foreign employees in the plant.
