รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and execute acceptance plans for mass production dies
2. Manage mold spare parts planning, procurement sourcing, and purchase orders
3. Ensure 5S implementation and workplace safety within the department
4. Manage and request tooling, abrasives, and maintenance materials
5. Lead mold optimization, issue tracking, and root cause analysis for complex problems
6. Create and implement training plans for new employees in the department
7. Manage overtime scheduling and manpower allocation
8. Perform site equipment inspections and track daily inspection tasks in EMS
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of stamping processes, die design, and tooling improvement
- 2–5 years of experience in stamping or automotive manufacturing
- Strong capability in tooling design, improvement, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Office and engineering-related software (e.g., CAD/CATIA/UG/etc.)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
