2. Establish and optimize manufacturing department regulations, management procedures, and performance assessment standards
3. Develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual operating plans and coordinate execution across functional teams
4. Implement BVPS and develop multi-skilled workforce to reduce production impact caused by employee turnover
5. Manage employee-related matters, including workforce satisfaction and retention levels
6. Review recruitment requests, non-production material purchase applications, and technical negotiations/agreements for new projects
