รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and execute daily/shift work plans to meet production KPIs and performance targets
2. Handle production abnormalities and coordinate supporting departments to ensure timely issue resolution; improve OPR, FTT, and quality indicators
3. Promote improvement proposals and cost-saving initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce production costs
4. Implement **BVPS** and train operators to follow standardized processes and multi-skill development to minimize labor turnover impact
5. Manage team members’ attendance, satisfaction, performance, and turnover
6. Submit requests for non-production materials, staffing adjustments, and recruitment as required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool & Die Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of mold design, acceptance, maintenance, and optimization
- 3–5 years of experience in mold engineering, tooling, or automotive manufacturing
- Experience in mold spare parts management, equipment inspection, and troubleshooting
- Strong ability in problem-solving, mold optimization, and defect prevention
- Leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
