รายละเอียดงาน1: Proficient in the FIDIC Red Book contract management. Able to independently take charge of contract drafting, negotiation, value engineering, variation and claim management, and dispute resolution with the employer under a FIDIC contract environment, and provide timely contractual advice for on-site implementation.
2: Proficient in Thailand’s local contract culture. Able to independently conduct contract drafting, negotiation, variation and claim management, and dispute resolution with downstream subcontractors.
3: Strong contract dispute resolution capabilities, able to handle construction claims, disputes and other issues, and lead the preparation for mediation, arbitration or litigation proceedings.
4: Familiar with compliance requirements for international engineering projects, including the impact of Thailand’s labor law, tax law, environmental law, foreign exchange control and other regulations on contract performance, to ensure all contract terms are legally compliant.
Preferred: Possess relevant COE certification in contract management from the Council of Engineers Thailand, RICS membership, legal professional qualification, or senior certification in international engineering contract management (e.g. CIArb membership).
Preferred: Experience as a Contracts Manager on large-scale building projects or international investment & financing data center projects in Thailand; familiar with the contract negotiation logic of local employers, consultants and contractors.
Preferred: Previous work experience in the contract department of well-known local consulting firms in Thailand (e.g. MITR, Aurecon) or international contractors (e.g. Lendlease, Balfour Beatty), with experience leading contract management for billion-level projects.
Preferred: Experience in cross-cultural contract negotiation, able to coordinate the interests of Chinese, Thai and other stakeholders and formulate risk-balanced contract terms.
