1、Coordinate with the team leader to manage multiple resources such as the director team and the performance team; promptly meet the creative needs of the director team, complete personnel setup during the implementation process, follow up and manage the performance team, and ensure the project is completed on schedule and with high quality; 2、Daily performances, encompassing actors, costumes, makeup, props, and various stage effects, promptly conduct rehearsals and address issues, ensuring both performance quality and safety 3、Cooperate with the artistical team leader to manage the team effectively, handle daily rehearsal training, rest day arrangements, performance and daily life management, personnel security, and other tasks, and enhance team cohesion 4、Assist in organizing and carrying out the creation and arrangement of various themed performances or small and medium-sized programs, ensuring the implementation of stage effects such as music, video, live performances, and stage lighting and sound; 5、Cooperate in carrying out market-related activities, performances, and various shooting tasks required for company promotion 6、Implement other tasks assigned by the company and the team leader

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

College degree or above, major in dance or related arts or management, with at least 2 years of experience in managing art performance groups or large-scale stage performances
Understand the standards and management requirements for various aspects of performance, including costumes, makeup, props, and effects. Have a strong sense of responsibility for performance safety and quality. Be skilled in management or performance creation and choreography
Possess experience in early-stage project coordination and be able to coordinate and communicate to assist the team leader in achieving efficient communication between the director team, performance team, and collaborators
Those who are familiar with the local performance market, performance policies, and various artistic expressions in Thailand, and are proficient in using English or Chinese for daily work communication, are preferred
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญาขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาศิลปะเช่นการเต้นรำหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการ มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการกลุ่มศิลปินหรือจัดการแสดงบนเวทีขนาดใหญ่มากกว่า 2 ปี
เข้าใจมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดในการจัดการเกี่ยวกับเครื่องแต่งกาย, หน้าผม, ฉาก, และเอฟเฟกต์ของการแสดง มีความรับผิดชอบสูงต่อความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพของการแสดง มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดการหรือการสร้างสรรค์และการเรียบเรียงการแสดง
มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานในระยะเริ่มต้นของโครงการ สามารถประสานงานและสื่อสารเพื่อช่วยให้หัวหน้าทีมทำงานร่วมกับทีมผู้กำกับ ทีมแสดง และพันธมิตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผู้ที่คุ้นเคยกับตลาดการแสดงในประเทศไทย นโยบายการแสดง และการแสดงออกทางศิลปะประเภทต่างๆ และสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาไทยในการสื่อสารงานประจำวันได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นลำดับแรก
