We are looking for a highly disciplined and results-oriented Operation Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. You will be the bridge between management and daily shop-floor execution, ensuring that our production targets, quality standards, and export deadlines are met with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight: Manage daily operations of the workshop, focusing on high-precision manufacturing processes (e.g., motor assembly, machining).
Process Optimization: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Quality Leadership: Coordinate with the Quality Department and Process Engineers to enforce rigorous inspection policies and ensure zero-defect exports.
Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with Procurement and Logistics to manage inventory levels and ensure timely container loadings for international shipments.
Multicultural Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse workforce (Thai and Myanmar employees), ensuring clear communication of SOPs and safety protocols.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Language: Fluency in English and Thai is required; proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Management Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Deep understanding of CNC machining or motor manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Problem Solver: A "hands-on" leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make decisive calls under pressure.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use ERP systems and AI productivity tools to optimize workflows and data comparison.
