รายละเอียดงาน
-Lead and oversee design work for major renovation and greenfield projects from concept development and project planning through feasibility studies and budget planning
-Act as Project Lead responsible for preparing detailed design plans personally.
-Present and develop mall development concepts to ensure alignment with the overall Mall Concept
-Ensure all design processes comply with relevant standards, codes and requirements.
-Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve project goals and manage project documentation meticulously.
-Facilitate collaboration between the project team and stakeholders.
-Support preparation and consolidation of design documents and information together with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders.
-Think outside the box and drive creative, innovative solutions.
