Development Project Management
-Orchestrated R&D and C version product development, ensuring the on-time delivery of milestones across all phases.
-Drove the seamless transition of new products into production, achieving mass delivery target
Product Quality Improvement
-Led the collection of suggestions for product design and process optimization, facilitated the assessment of improvement plans, and drove their execution.
-Guaranteed that new product development and trial production were completed on time and met all established standards.
-Championed the closed-loop process for resolving process issues and implementing product optimization improvements.
-Established databases for project development and failure analysis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Majors in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Measurement & Control Technology, Automation, Telecommunications, and other related fields.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Systematic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with the Integrated Product Development (IPD) process.
- Solid foundation in Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, and Power Electronics.
- Solid understanding of power conversion topologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the fundamental characteristics and applications of power electronic devices (e.g., IGBTs, MOSFETs, Diodes).
- Professional knowledge of PV inverters and photovoltaic systems
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
