รายละเอียดงาน
Core Responsibilities
1、Inspect metal body raw materials, WIP and finished products per quality standards and specifications.
2、Document inspection data accurately, maintain traceable records and generate brief reports.
3、Identify quality abnormalities (e.g., welding defects, dimensional deviations) and escalate promptly.
4、Assist in resolving metal body-related quality issues with production teams.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- QC Experience: At least 1-3 years of direct experience as a QC Inspector or in QA/QC roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment (e.g., automotive, electronics).
- CMM Expertise: Proficient in operating, controlling, reading engineering drawings, and basic programming of CMM machines, including a strong understanding of GD&T.
- Metrology Skills: Ability to effectively use various measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Reporting: Capable of recording, analyzing, and preparing detailed quality reports (Inspection Reports, NCRs, 8D reports).
- Interpreting & Translation: Skilled in both consecutive and simultaneous interpreting for meetings, production lines, and translating technical documents between Thai and Chinese.
