รายละเอียดงาน
1. Analyze and understand business requirements, recommending digital solutions and technologies including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support business operations and decision-making.
2. Lead the strategic planning and tactical execution of system and software projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs, especially in warehouse management
3. Manage and control implementation partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination among external implementors and internal stakeholders.
4. Develop and maintain System Functional Specifications integrating legacy systems of BCG group with new solutions.
5. Oversee end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and final delivery, ensuring project timelines, quality, and budget goals are met.
6. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other operational site deliveries, coordinating closely with warehouse operation to ensure smooth transition and operation.
7. Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and optimize solutions, ensuring operational continuity and system functionality.
8. Lead, manage, and prioritize project tasks and resources to guarantee on-time delivery and overall quality of systems implemented.
9. Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to all project stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing IT projects, preferably with emphasis on PMO functions and managing implementation partners.
- Proven experience in software development methodologies such as AGILE, SCRUM, and Mobile Application development
- Demonstrated expertise in leading ERP and other software system in large scale, well known of Warehouse Management for 3PL operations is benefit
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations and warehouse management processes.
- Ability to bridge operations and IT teams effectively, monitoring and tracking deliverables from both sides, especially during UAT and operational handover.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and negotiate acceptable solutions among diverse groups.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills.
- Results-oriented with capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

1.เดินทางโดยรถยนต์/รถจักรยานยนต์ส่วนตัว มีสถานที่ อาคารจอดรถของบริษัทฯ
2.เดินทางโดยรถไฟฟ้าสายสีแดง สถานีกลางบางซื่อ(เชื่อมต่อmrt) - สถานีรังสิต ให้ลงสถานีบางเขน (อาคารฯอยู่ด้านหน้าสถานีบางเขน)
3.เดินทางโดย BTS ลงสถานี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ (ฝั่งถนนพหลโยธิน) เดินเข้าไปใน มหาวิทยาลัย นั่งรถจักรยานยนต์รับจ้างใน ม.เกษตร จากฝั่งถนนพหลโยธินทะลุมาฝั่ง ถนนวิภาวดี เดินข้ามสะพานลอยมายังบริษัทฯค่าโดยสารประมาณ20บาท
4. รถเมลล์ทุกสายที่วิ่งเส้น ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต เช่น สาย29,510 หรือ รถเมลล์ทุกสายที่วิ่งเส้นงามวงศ์วาน ข้ามไปยังฝั่ง ม เกษตรศาสตร์ เช่น 63 ฯลฯ
5. รถตู้ประจำทางทุกเส้นที่วิ่งผ่านมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ลงด้านหน้ามหาวิทยาลัย(ฝั่งถนนวิภาวดี)
