- Assistant team in screening resumes
- Conduct initial phone screens candidate
- Tracking data Recruitment (Vacancies and Channel)
- Follow up document candidate for hiring process and phone Reference check
- Participate in recruiting events
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field
1-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle (Mass Recruitment)
Excellent communication skills, Problem solving aptitude and able to work under pressure
Possess strong analytical thinking skills, fast learning, accountability, and Growth mindset
Able to use English for work and can use for pre-screen resume, or job applications in job post
