What You’ll Drive

- Curriculum Design & Implementation: Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with both Thai and Australian academic standards, including reflective teaching practices.
- Student Assessment & Growth: Evaluate student performance through a variety of tools — assignments, exams, and projects — ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Academic Progress Monitoring: Analyze student outcomes to identify trends, learning gaps, and opportunities for personalized support.
- Continuous Professional Development: Participate in training programs to refine your teaching, classroom management, and assessment strategies as required by governing educational bodies.
- Community Engagement: Play an active role in school events such as open houses and orientation sessions, helping to build a strong, inclusive school community.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Native Thai speaker with the ability to teach Chemistry in English to high school students.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- Strong command of English (preferred scores: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, IELTS 6.5+).
- Experience designing effective syllabi and lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- In-depth knowledge of educational assessment techniques aligned with Thai and international standards.
- A culturally responsive mindset and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom for learners from diverse backgrounds.
