รายละเอียดงาน- Manage quality-related issue within the manufacturing team ( External & Internal). Ex. Customer claim , Warranted claim and internal problem.
- Contact and coordinate with customers about complaints in order for the work to be in accordance with the requirements or customer standards.
- Contact and coordinate with other section to take corrective action, analyse problems and find prevent occurrence.
- Prepare an 8D report summarizing the problem analysis ,submit to customers and present.
- Take action/suggest ways to solve problems. Including basic quality decisions for employees.
