- Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and Thai labor laws.
- Oversee performance management processes such as KPI setting, performance evaluations, and employee development programs.
- Maintain employee relations and provide HR consultation to managers while ensuring proper HR documentation and systems management.
- Prepare HR reports, support HR policy development, and coordinate HR matters with Chinese executives and headquarters.
