•Design speaker components, including part design and customer presentations. (Speaker product, E-Call speaker, ISS Speaker, Exciter Speaker) •Design Review, DRBFM, Drawing Creation, New model control and preparation. •4M Change Development control, assembly trial and handle in Automation R&D. (Understand IATF16949) •Has knowledge of Catia/SolidWorks Operation and CMM / Microscope Measurement. Analysis skill. •Analyze customer requirements to determine feasibility, cost, and capacity for production. •Conduct evaluation and validation of new parts. •Perform design reviews, DRBFM, and technical drawing creation. •Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, etc.) to ensure robust design and smooth mass production. •Propose and implement VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) ideas for cost and performance improvement. Design & Development speaker product, E-Call speaker, ISS Speaker, Exciter Speaker

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
At least 3 years of experience in Design & Development of products within the automotive or OEM industries.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management standards.
Proficiency in CATIA or SolidWorks software.
Experience in CMM and microscope measurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
