1. Equipment Automation Development & Integration Design, develop, and maintain Equipment Automation Program (EAP) to integrate manufacturing equipment with PLC, ERP, and other factory systems. Develop automation scripts, communication interfaces Ensure equipment functions properly under automated workflows (auto start/stop, auto data collection, auto reporting). 2. Machine Communication & Data Flow Management Manage communication between machines Perform data mapping, signal monitoring, and real-time machine data logging. Develop dashboards and monitoring tools for production status, machine health, and performance visibility. 3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation software, communication interface errors, or machine connection failures. Provide technical support to Production and Engineering teams for automation-related issues. Conduct preventive maintenance and routine health checks for automation systems and communication interfaces. 4. Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation, robotics, and IIoT solutions. Analyze machine and production data to optimize cycle time, yield, and machine utilization. Implement continuous improvement activities related to automation. 5. Project Management Plan, execute, and manage automation projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with Production, IT, Maintenance, Engineering teams, and external vendors.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Knowledge of automation systems such as PLC, database systems
Ability to program in Python, C#, VB, JavaScript, or other automation scripting languages
Understanding of machine communication protocols
Experience in manufacturing environment, especially electronics/semiconductor, is an advantage
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
