Responsible for:
Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities until PO fulfilment
1) Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
2) Identify customer needs, provide product knowledge and generate sales opportunities
3) Prepare quotations and technical documents with support from HQ sales/technical
4) Conduct regular customer visits
5) Develop and work with end-users to test, validate and implement materials into their products
6) Collaborate closely with Sales Admin to ensure smooth order fulfilment
7) Handle complaints, and technical issues with technical teams and follow through to closure
8) Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review
9) Customize and arrange presentations for customers
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Basic spoken English ability and good written English for emails
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT)
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- Proactive and persistent in follow-ups. Negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Able to be on the road constantly for customer visits
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be considered an advantage. （普通话沟通能力强者优先考虑。）
- Educational Requirement: Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Materials, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in Electronics or related field
- Age: 20-45
