รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities
1、Optimize industrial coating processes (spray/electrophoresis/powder coating, etc.), adjust parameters, and standardize workflows;
2、Troubleshoot coating quality issues (e.g., adhesion failure, color deviation, sagging) and develop corrective/preventive actions (CAPA);
3、Participate in daily maintenance, debugging, and efficiency improvement of coating equipment (spray guns/ovens/pre-treatment lines);
4、Collaborate with R&D/production teams to complete coating process validation and mass production launch for new products;
5、Ensure coating processes comply with industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and environmental requirements, and control coating costs.
Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
2、3-5 years of working experience in industrial coating (automotive components/aerospace/electronic manufacturing preferred);
3、Familiar with pre-treatment, spraying processes, and characteristics of common coatings (solvent-based/water-based/powder);
4、Ability to independently solve coating quality problems and basic understanding of coating equipment principles;
5、Proficient in ISO/IATF 16949 quality management system; fluent in Chinese (reading/writing) is requested
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields;
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial equipment management/maintenance (automotive components/electronic manufacturing preferred);
- Proficient in equipment fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and basic knowledge of PLC/automation systems;
- Familiar with ISO/IATF 16949 quality system and equipment safety standards;
- Native Chinese speaking level
