รายละเอียดงาน
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Develop, review, and update quality system documentation including procedures, work instructions, manuals, and records.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, process audits, and system audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and support external audits (customer audits, certification audits) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Monitor QMS performance indicators and prepare regular quality system reports for management review.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformities, audit findings, and system gaps.
- Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities related to quality system issues.
- Ensure effective document control and record management across the organization.
- Provide QMS-related training and awareness to employees to promote quality culture.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management System roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance.
- Experience supporting customer and third-party audits.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Good understanding of document control, audit management, and corrective action processes.
- Familiarity with customer-specific requirements (CSR) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze quality system data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and continuous-improvement mindset.
