Mon- Fri (5 days)
from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Work in shifts of 5 days a week, 8 hours/day.
(In case of working on the 6th day or more than 8 hours, there is overtime.)
Able to work overtime as assigned.
• Maintain a script base content of the Amway business for answering the question to customer by updated / added / modified information with effective and up to date on both internal and external knowledge portal.
• Customize and Train Chatbot by manage content for Amway business to serve as a tool to answer the question by development and improving the format and content into and advanced information which can be used to efficiently and beneficial to customer.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Back-office teams to convert requirements into viable solutions and collaborate with Technology teams to ensure delivery of highly scalable and available systems.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, such as Content creator or editor on Internal knowledge by overview of KM (Knowledge Management), and others ad-hoc.
• Monitor & tracking requirement & suggestion from customer and contact center agent; then consult with Supervisor for Chatbot & Live Chat Development.
