รายละเอียดงาน
Before Tooling Release
•Review and establish GD&T strategies for each component to ensure fit, form, and functional robustness.
•Develop transfer functions for all critical functional requirements with zero-risk targets.
•Identify and validate SC/CC (Significant Characteristics / Critical Characteristics) for each component.
•Review all detailed drawing requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability.
After Tooling Completion
•Re-run transfer functions using CMM measurement results to determine actual production variation and risk.
•Recommend whether to fix tooling or update drawings based on dimensional capability and tolerance performance.
•Re-verify SC/CC characteristics and ensure alignment with inspection gauge integration.
Quality & Engineering Support
•Review and approve OTS (Off-Tool Sample) reports by analyzing CMM data and transfer function results to establish feasible tolerance tables.
•Provide expert-level support in statistical problem-solving methods for both internal teams and external customers (senior-level capability).
•Support benchmarking activities, including competitive assessment and design standards evaluation.
•Collaborate with SQE to ensure suppliers comply with GD&T requirements and gauging strategies.
•Participate in problem-solving activities and provide technical input for design improvement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and functional dimensioning.
- Experience in CMM interpretation, measurement systems, and gauging strategies (including gauge design).
- Experience supporting suppliers or manufacturing teams in resolving dimensional quality issues.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and design standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English and Thai in communication.
