The Passenger Service Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers throughout check-in, boarding, arrival, and transit processes. The role ensures compliance with airline standards, airport regulations, safety requirements, and service quality expectations to support smooth and efficient ground operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
2. Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes accurately.
3. Provide information regarding flights, gates, delays, and airline policies.
4. Handle special service requests (VIP, UM, wheelchair, etc.).
5. Coordinate boarding activities to ensure on-time departure.
6. Make clear and professional announcements at check-in and gates.
7. Support arrival, transit, and baggage inquiries.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and airline regulations.
9. Coordinate with airline, ramp, and airport teams for smooth operations.
10. Prepare required reports and immediately report operational irregularities.
