รายละเอียดงานLead and continuously improve the pre-costing process for internally manufactured products by collecting, analyzing, and calculating all relevant cost data. Maintain and enhance existing costing models to reflect current cost parameters and key cost drivers, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Develop and implement costing methodologies for new and sustainable product developments in close collaboration with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. Review and benchmark cost calculations across different production plants to support effective decision-making regarding production location. Conduct post-calculation analyses to evaluate accuracy and identify opportunities to further improve models and inputs. Support cost calculation and production setup within the ERP system by performing regular cost updates for new products and product changes. Validate updated costs against expectations and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing) to resolve variances. Assist the Manufacturing Controller with quarterly and annual cost reviews, adjustments, and ad hoc analyses. Maintain and update costing-related master data to ensure system accuracy and consistency. Monitor trends and drivers of key cost components (materials, labor, energy, etc.) to assess financial and operational impacts and ensure timely corrective actions. Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting in response to business needs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in product costing, cost analysis, or manufacturing controlling, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of cost structures, costing models, manufacturing processes, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP, MS Dynamics, and/or Power BI is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory).
