1.Be aware of the competition on the marketplace and detect the consumers’ needs.
2.Survey the competitors regularly to analyze their items proposal, price and quality standard
3.Multiply the contact with suppliers in order to be updated with the new trend, eventual difficulty, results
4.Participate actively to local commercial and social events to meet new suppliers
5.Visit the local suppliers to observe their farm/ factory/ storage and evaluate their ability
6.Prepare your negotiation efficiently collecting internal and external data and keep record of your conversation with suppliers.
7.Report on all the information that would influence Fresh Food strategy.
8.Develop and monitor the sales activities and to figure out the methods to improve the gained profits for the in-charge department.
9.Ensure the relationship with others sections and departments that relate to the products’ life cycle.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture or related field with emphasis on agricultural production or a related science field
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in food product development, and commercialization
- At least 1-2 years of related experience required, preferably in sourcing, product development, project management, retail buying, or retail field operations.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Communicates effectively both written and orally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Maintaining flexibility in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining an enthusiastic sense of mission.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally in support of our merchandising global sourcing initiative.
