รายละเอียดงาน• Develop and execute the annual integrated strategy and playbooks for Influencer, Customers Review Upgrade, and Affiliate Marketing aligned with hospital KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing influencers/KOLs (skin , surgery and etc.)
• Lead the “Customers-to-Reviewer Upgrade” program – systematically convert satisfied customers into authentic reviewers and micro-influencers.
• Design, launch, and scale the hospital’s Affiliate Marketing Program (commission-based referrals from KOLs, past customers, agents, and corporate partners .
Set attractive commission structures, create affiliate dashboards, promo codes, and referral links for all affiliate tiers.
Negotiate influencer and affiliate contracts, fees, content rights, and medical disclosures while ensuring 100% compliance with medical advertising laws (ministry of public health), and hospital policies.
Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, cutomers review campaigns, and affiliate promotions.
Track and optimize performance across all three channels using unified dashboards (procedure bookings, review upgrades, affiliate sign-ups, revenue generated, ROI).
Build and nurture long-term relationships with local & international influencers, KOL agencies , top-tier customers, and high-value affiliates.
Stay ahead of platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu) and affiliate marketing best practices.
Manage budgets across influencer fees, affiliate commissions, and customers incentives to maximize ROI.
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of 4-5 specialists covering influencer, review, and affiliate execution.
