• Market Development & Strategy: Develop and execute annual sales plans and market expansion strategies for assigned Southeast Asian countries (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia) to achieve sales and collection targets.
• Channel Development & Management: Proactively identify, recruit, train, and manage a network of distributors, agents, and system integrators. Build and maintain efficient and stable sales channels.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Directly engage with end customers (e.g., industrial plants, equipment manufacturers), build and maintain long-term client relationships, deeply explore customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Independently manage the entire sales process, including client prospecting, technical presentations, solution development, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, delivery coordination, and accounts receivable tracking.
• Market Intelligence Analysis: Gather market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback. Provide regular market analysis reports to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and corporate decision-making
