Position Overview:
The Customer Service & Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while accurately gathering client requirements and coordinating with relevant departments.
This role will also be responsible for managing office inventory, supervising office maids and assisting with documentation related to Immigration (Visa & Work Permit) and Human Resources.
Additionally, the officer is expected to understand the company’s services and the complete visa and work permit process in order to effectively assist clients.
Responsibilities for Customer Service & Administration Officer:
• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collect client requirements and communicate them to relevant teams.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Supervise office maid duties and ensure workplace cleanliness.
• Support the preparation of monthly service usage reports (e.g. printer, phone, and meeting room
usage).
• Assist the HR department with administrative tasks, including preparing forms related to visa permits, and employment processes (e.g. Tax & SSO ID registration, PND91), and confirming services related with clients (e.g. meeting room bookings).
• Coordinate required documents, support submissions, and manage general documentation related to
HR-Immigration Department as needed.
